We closed on our Construction Loan!

What a big day! My hand hurts from signing my name so many times. That's all John and I did for an hour and a half with our lawyer! So here is to 30 years of debt!!! Wahhhhooooooo!

We walked down to the house site today to double check the placing of the house as the surveyors were coming to mark it. It was such a gorgeous morning and it blows me away that we will be surrounded by this beauty. I can't wait to have our first morning there.
